How We Work
LOI
The first step is to send us your Letter of Intent (LOI). We require details of the specification, quantity and point of discharge before we can provide you with an offer.
FCO
Our Full Corporate Offer (FCO) will respond directly to your requirements and will expire after a certain amount of time due to fluctuations in global prices.
SPA & Delivery
A Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) specifying the agreed terms and procedures must be signed and executed to complete your order. We are based in the USA and are subject to Incoterms 2020.
